The annual YouTube series Before They Were Famous has made her one of its top hosts. She has been closely connected to The Legend of Zelda, an iconic game series. Azzyland set a new record in online twerking when she did it all day long. She has over 2 million fans to her Instagram account as well. Azzyland recorded her whole cosplay experience and then posted it to the YouTube channel that she set up to display her costumes. Azzyland's videos were instant success and quickly took the web by storm. Soon, she was seen as an official Cosplay Artist at almost every convention in the world. McCrudden interviewed her after becoming intrigued by her fame immediately. McCrudden discovered that McCrudden's interview with her seemed very attractive. After interviewing her McCrudden gave Azzyland the chance to be the host Before They Were Famous on YouTube. The first few days of her work as host caused her nightmares as she often became confused by the names of the stars. Azzyland faced a flurry of criticism due to her use of FaZe Jen, who is a well-known gamer by the name Jason Eugene Vonderhaar. Following the incident, she became the focus of numerous memes. There was an outrage from the public against her. FaZe Jen is herself a huge fan and was a fan of her apology, was thrilled with what she wrote.
